Rachel Matthews is a podcaster-facilitator exploring creativity with career rebels (entrepreneurs, experts and creatives).
Rachel has a legal and banking background where she worked at the global headquarters of multiple international banks based between Canary Wharf and the City of London. She worked for six-years within Financial Crime Compliance for well-known banks, such as JPMorgan Chase, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank. She has worked in global and regional advisory teams, carried out investigations, advised on financial crime regulation, and facilitated technical training and workshops to staff of all levels.
Rachel left the banking world to pursue a creative career. She is now the creator and host of the Creative Connections podcast speaking with entrepreneurs, experts and creatives to deep-dive into the topics of creativity, entrepreneurship and the future of work. She shares her learnings from the creative elite through her workshops to teach creativity, curiosity, and innovative thinking.
